Cabra Brava Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Cabra Brava you agree to these terms. The game is provided by TuApoyo Digital (zurord@gmail.com).

1. Age

The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. Younger players must play with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases they authorize.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play on your devices. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the game, or use cheats or tools that alter how it works.

3. Coins and virtual items

• Coins, items, pets, powers and other virtual content have no monetary value outside the game, are not money, cannot be exchanged for money and can only be used in Cabra Brava.
• Coins are earned by playing and can also be bought with real money. Everything bought with coins can also be obtained by playing.
• Virtual content is licensed, not sold; we may adjust prices, content and game balance.

4. Real-money purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play (or the App Store on iPhone and iPad) under their terms and refund policies. To request a refund, use the store where you purchased. If a purchase was not delivered, email us the order number and we will fix it. If Google Play refunds a purchase, we may remove the corresponding coins.

5. Surprise Piñata

The Surprise Piñata is paid with game coins and gives a random item. Odds are always shown in the game: Common 60 %, Rare 28 %, Epic 10 %, Legendary 2 %. If nothing Epic or better appears in 9 consecutive openings, the tenth is Epic or Legendary. Duplicates refund coins. Where local law prohibits it, the Surprise Piñata is not available.

6. Progress and accounts

Your progress is stored on your device and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, in your Google account. If you clear the game's data without signing in, progress cannot be recovered.

7. Warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working but do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version will be on this page. They are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
