Cabra Brava Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the game Cabra Brava (the "App") collects, why, and your choices. The controller is TuApoyo Digital (the "Developer"), contact: zurord@gmail.com.
1. Data collected

The App does not access contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location, and has no player chat.
2. Advertising and sale of data
The App shows no ads. Google Analytics advertising signals are disabled and your data is not used for personalized ads. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it with third parties other than the listed service providers (Google) acting on our behalf.
3. Children
Cabra Brava is intended for people aged 13 and over. A neutral age question is shown when the game is first opened. If the player indicates they are under 13, a protected mode applies: no Google Play Games sign-in or cloud save; real-money purchases require an adult verification step and Google Play's own confirmation (which lets parents require a password or approval); analytics are sent without advertising signals and flagged as a minor, without the birth year. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 beyond the above. Parents or guardians can contact us to have data deleted.
4. Retention
- Analytics: according to the Google Analytics retention setting, at most 14 months.
- Cloud save: while it exists in your Google Play Games account or until you delete it.
- Device data: until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- Purchase receipts: as long as required by applicable tax and consumer laws.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA or Mexico's LFPDPPP), you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, portability or restriction. Email zurord@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. See Delete my data.
6. Security and transfers
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google infrastructure, which may be located in other countries, including the United States, under the safeguards Google provides.
7. Third-party services

- On a future iPhone/iPad version, Apple's equivalent services (Game Center and App Store purchases) are governed by Apple's privacy policy, and this policy applies in the same way.

We will publish any changes on this page with a new date and announce significant changes in the game.
